Neighborhood Report: The fate of 146 University Ave. should be decided in two weeks, notices will be posted.  Property on SE corner of Main and Scio now owned by a federal agency is for sale. The Tavern at Gibbs has opened. The manager and chef shared their vision and menus.
Security/Safety:  No report this month.
Amendment to By-Laws:    An Amendment to Article lll of our bylaws was proposed so that it shall read:
WEST: Chestnut Street
SOUTH: East Avenue
NORTH: Delevan Street extended in a straight line to North Union St.
EAST: North Union Street
It was noted that the Amendment focused on membership eligibility to the Association and not zoning and preservation regulations. Vote was taken and the amendment was approved by an excess of the required 2/3 vote.

Quadrant Report:  Suzanne no longer attends, focus is geared more toward C4 (Center City Community Coalition).  Their next event is scheduled for April 11th at Studio 180, 180 St. Paul Street with representatives of the various festivals and other entertainment that have their home in City Center.

Other Business:
Suzanne Mayer is working to form a private non-profit to fund a charrette in order to be proactive rather than reactive to the filling in of the inner loop.
Carol Kellogg informed us that April 14th is the 2nd annual March for Science.
Max Berlin artistic director of the Empire Film Music Ensemble explained their mission and purpose.  He extended an invitation to their “Donor’s Night” at the Downstairs Cabaret April 12th from 4:30 -6:30.
