Announcement of Reception: To be held immediately after at Charlotte Square hosted by Kim Russell.

Neighborhood Report: 146 University Ave is a Class A environmental site. If their taxes aren’t paid it will go to Environmental Auction.

Quadrant Report: City Schools are attempting to meet with neighborhoods and would like their input. They will send a list of scheduled meetings. David Hawkes would like a Center City Service Center as more people move into the area. A meeting will be set up with him to brainstorm further. It behooves us to be as active and informed as to development in the city’s center.
Holiday Party: Will be held in January, still looking at venues and caterers.
Other Business: Sandy Shapiro gave an update on the City vs Focus case.
New Members: The YMCA has joined our Association.
Beautification/Artwork: No report this month.
Respectfully Submitted,
Kim Pond
